Mark
is the company's owner and broker. After receiving
a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of
Missouri, Mark realized his interest and passion for
Real Estate.
Mark's
background in real estate spans over 15 years and covers all
aspects of buying, selling, financing, investment, and
commercial development. For over seven years, Mark worked for
St. Louis Lambert Airport as a Relocation Specialist and
Project Manager. In addition to owning and being
directly involved with all aspects of the real estate
company, Mark counsels individuals displaced by the Lambert International
Airport Expansion.

Jana Peters
Jana is a
licensed Missouri real estate broker and is the co-owner of
Mark Peters Realty. Beyond
her license, Jana has a bachelor's degree in Business
Administration from Fontbonne
College and holds Masters Degrees in Business
Administration and Management from Webster
University. The areas of real estate that Jana
specializes in are: Listing homes for sale, working with
Buyers in finding the perfect home and providing New
Construction Representation. Many buyers do not
realize the importance of having a Buyers agent when
building a new home - but it is very important.

David Oliveri
David has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for Mark
Peters Realty for over Seven years. It is clear that
clients enjoy working with David. David’s
background is in Public Service. He has been in the Fire
Service for over 15 years and is currently a Captain and
Paramedic for the Crestwood Department of Fire Services.
Due to nature of his schedule, 24 hour shifts/10 days
per month, he has the necessary time, devotion and
ability to provide clients with the superior service

Shannon Oliveri
Due to the success and increasing clientele of Shannon’s
husband, David Oliveri, his need for a co-agent was
eminent. It was a
natural fit for Shannon to become a licensed Real Estate Agent
and join the Mark Peters Realty team. Shannon is a degreed
Paralegal with an emphasis in Real Estate Law, as well as
degreed in Mass Communications.
Right out of
school, Shannon enjoyed the life of being a stay-at-home
mother with the birth of her and David’s daughter,
Gabrielle. During her time at home, Shannon worked voluntarily
for many charitable organizations. Specifically, with the Girl
Scout Council of Greater St. Louis as a Troop Leader, Troop
Organizer, Family Partnership Manager, and Director of many
camps.
Shannon and
David also enjoy the position of Foster parents with the group
Stray Rescue of St. Louis. This group specializes in the care
and adoption of abused and neglected animals. Shannon has been
deemed the "puppy mom" for the organization.

requirements under the 49 CFR Part 24, Uniform Relocation Assistance
and Real Property Acquisition Regulations for Federal and Federally
Assisted Programs.
While working with
homeowners on behalf of the airport, Mark realized people had a need
for representation when dealing with the airport -- not
representation from just any real estate agent, but representation
from a firm that understands the Airport Buyout Program and all the
Federal requirements that must be met in order for a homeowner to be
eligible for all the relocation benefits available under the law. It
was that insight and his desire to help people that caused Mark to
start his own company specializing in servicing airport buyout
clients.
